Our aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs, and guide you through every part of your transformation. Services
Fitness Coaching
We don't believe in just original personal training. Our goal is to help each person Glo Up physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. We will create a program specifically designed for the client or clients if you are interested in group training. We will also include a meal plan as well.
Online Coaching
If in person coaching is either not in your schedule or not something you see as ideal then online training may be your thing. You will have a program that will be designed for you and can be done at your own pace on your own time.
Boot Camps
Primarily focused on High Intensity training, our first boot camp is for all fitness levels. Each week we add something different to create a new challenge and keep each person motivated. Our second boot camp is for athletes looking to improve their mobility and overall athleticism.

Marcus Brown
My name is Marcus a.k.a Glo Up Marcus and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Co-Founder of Glo Up Fitness. I began my fitness journey as an athlete from a young child playing basketball to competing in track & field as a collegiate athlete. I am certified through the International Sports Science Association as well as having certifications through NASM (Nutrition & Weight Loss). I'm a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and love working with anyone from athletes to soccer moms. I also have my own YouTube channel where I post videos about Health & Fitness. Whether you are looking to become the best athlete on the court/field/track, gain muscle, or lose weight, I can help you achieve every goal.

Manashia Jones
My name is Moe and I am a fitness enthusiast. I got into fitness by playing sports in high school and then wanting to set bigger goals within fitness. My goal is to help those who don’t think they can whether it is losing 10 pounds or gaining 10 pounds.
